Zen Studio Research is responsible for recruitment communications through this website. For privacy questions or requests, please use the Apply via WhatsApp link and state that your message concerns privacy. A separate public email address is not currently provided.

When you contact us, we may receive your WhatsApp profile name and phone number, your messages, your eligibility answers (such as age range and whether you currently smoke cigarettes), scheduling details, and information needed to arrange compensation if you participate. Please do not send identity documents, financial credentials, or sensitive personal records through an initial inquiry.

Why we use this information

We use applicant information to respond to inquiries, assess eligibility, schedule interviews, communicate participation details, and arrange payment. We do not use applicant information to promote tobacco products. Any separate interview recording or broader research use should be explained to you before the interview, including whether it will occur.

WhatsApp, hosting and international communication

Our website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages, and inquiries initiated through the button on our site are handled by WhatsApp, a third-party service. Those providers process data according to their own privacy terms. Because our recruitment is international, information may be transferred or accessed across borders, including in the United States. How long information is kept

We aim to retain applicant details only for as long as reasonably needed for recruitment, interview administration, payment, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Participation is voluntary. You can stop communicating at any time, and you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold.
